Children's Museum of Oak Ridge

Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge (CMOR) is an intergenerational, regional, cultural center for children, teens and adults. For 41 years, it has served the East Tennessee region through educational exhibits, classes, camps, events and outreach programs for underserved children. CMOR is a homegrown East Tennessee treasure that stems directly from the lives and stories of the people of this region. Through hands-on learning and play, CMOR offers programs that kindle the imagination and encourage life-long learning. The museum’s goal is to improve and enrich the lives of children and families with special focus on the arts, STEM programs, international cultures, environmental studies, history and healthy living.
