CONTACT Care Line is a volunteer-driven crisis call center serving East Tennessee. Our mission is to provide free, confidential listening and referrals for people in need. The Crisis Line (865.584.4424) is open every day, including holidays, from 8am to 11pm. CONTACT provides daily Reassurance calls for home bound elders within the 865 calling area.
